We are excited to announce the 2026 John Peoples Humanitarian Scholarship aimed at supporting students in their pursuit of higher education. This scholarship is designed to assist those who demonstrate academic excellence and community service.
We encourage all eligible students to apply!
Eligibility Criteria
Graduating high school senior planning to pursue full-time study in education
Minimum unweighted high school GPA: 2.50
Minimum 80 hours of community service during high school
Involvement in community service or extracurricular activities
Application requirements
Most recent high school transcript
Proof of college/university acceptance
Proof of community service hours
Two (2) recommendation letters
Personal/Character essay describing your service
Color photo

All applications must be submitted by Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. Late submissions will not be considered!
Selection Process
